Where are my images?

Your prompts, images, and uploads are all located in the Workspace area. You’ll find a button that says My Images beneath the tools on the left, as well as a My Images link by clicking your profile.

How do I upload an image?

The Upload button appears in a few different tools, depending on your use case. It does not appear in the Generate Tool, as that is a text-to-image creation tool only.

  • Sketch to image contains an upload button, for the purpose of converting a drawing into a photograph.  Click Workplace > Sketch to Image > Upload
  • Variations is the tool for uploading an image and prompting a change. Use this to get inspiration on other kinds of designs from the same basic composition
  • Uploading an image to touch up one element?  Go into Generative Fill
  • And of course, Upscale and Remove Background also accept uploads

File Formats

PNG or JPG files work best. Other file formats are supported, but we recommend these when possible. You may experience delays when uploading directly from a smartphone on the go, so a Mac or PC is recommended.

Kenna AI can export images that exceed 4K resolution after using our AI upscale feature.

Manage multiple projects or Mood Boards

Within Workspace > My Images you can organize your images into My Collections, which act as both convenient project folders as well as galleries that can optionally be shared to your team or social media. Your images and collections are private by default.
